Time tracking people can see

What we record, when we record it, and what we refuse to record.

Time tracking only starts when the person starts a work timer and has accepted the current notice. Breaks do not sample. A closed timer collects nothing.

The desktop app can record the active app, the website domain when the policy allows it, idle time from the system, and screenshots on the schedule the workspace chose. It does not record keystrokes or what was typed.

Every person can open their own day, including screenshots, and delete a screenshot when the policy allows it. That slot then stops counting.

Managers see Team Live only when the policy names them as viewers. The rest of the company does not get a feed of someone else’s screen.
