What we collect

Account data (name, email, profile photo), workspace content you create (messages, files, tasks, meeting recordings when enabled), presence and office location while you are signed in, and, only when your employer enables it and you start the timer, time-tracking data from the desktop app.

Employee monitoring

Tracking is employee-started and always visible. You can see all data recorded about you, delete screenshots where your workspace allows it, and request export or deletion. Workspace administrators decide retention periods.

How we use data

To provide the service, keep it secure, and, where you or your workspace turn AI features on, to transcribe and summarise meetings. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 or the EU GDPR) you can access, correct, export and delete your data. Contact [email protected].
