Plans, tracking, and what the desktop app is for.
Is the free plan actually usable?
Yes. Starter covers a small team, one floor, chat, meetings and tasks. Time tracking, AI and extra floors are on Pro.
Do you record keystrokes?
No. Activity is active seconds from the system idle timer, plus the app and, if the policy says so, the website domain. Typed text is never recorded.
When does tracking run?
Only while that person’s work timer is running and they have accepted the current notice. Breaks and signed-out time are not sampled.
Can I use it in the browser?
Yes. The office, chat, tasks and meetings run in the browser. The desktop app adds the tray, screenshots, app tracking and remote control.
Where is data stored?
Workspace data stays in your OfficeStation database. Screenshots and files go to object storage. Each workspace is isolated.
Can we pay in INR?
Yes. Pricing can be shown and billed in INR or USD. Indian invoices include GST.
