The service

OfficeStation provides a virtual office, communication, work management, time tracking and AI features to organisations and their members.

Customer responsibilities

Organisations that enable time tracking or screenshots are responsible for giving employees notice and having a lawful basis for that processing in their jurisdiction.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed per member. Downgrades never delete data; workspaces above a plan's limits become read-only until they are within limits again.

Acceptable use

No unlawful content, no attempts to access other customers' data, and no abuse of the service's resources.
