Features
Every part of the workday, working together
Scroll through each feature running with sample data: the office, chat, meetings, tasks, time, AI and the rest.
Virtual office
Walk over and talk
A shared floor where your team can see who is around, walk over, and start a conversation without a meeting link.
- One map for the whole team. Desks, rooms, lounges and floors. People show up as themselves, sitting where they work.
- Walk over to talk. Move next to someone and audio connects. Step away and it fades. Private rooms stay private.
- See the work, not a status dot. A click on a person shows their name, role, current task and local time.

Chat
Channels, threads and DMs next to the floor
Channels, direct messages, threads and files, including a channel for every room on the floor.
- Rooms and channels together. The standup room and its chat are the same place, not two products to keep in sync.
- Threads that stay attached. A side conversation does not bury the channel.
- Files where the talk is. Drop a file in the thread. It also lives in Drive.

Meetings
HD calls with live captions and notes
Audio, video, recordings and notes. Start from the office, a calendar event, or a link.
- No extra meeting app. Walk into a room or join from the calendar. The call is already in OfficeStation.
- Recording when you choose it. Recordings stay with the meeting, not in a personal folder nobody can find.
- Notes when it ends. Decisions and action items can be written up as the call finishes.

Projects and tasks
Work moves across the board as it happens
Boards, lists, timelines and goals in the same place as the conversation about the work.
- Boards that match the work. To do, in progress, review and done, or the columns your team already uses.
- Linked to chat and meetings. A task can come out of a thread or a meeting note instead of a second tool.
- Goals on top. Roll progress up so a project is more than a pile of cards.

Calendar
One calendar, synced both ways
Team calendars, free/busy and a meeting that can start from the event itself.
- One calendar for the workspace. Standups, client calls and focus blocks sit next to the office, not in a tab you forget to check.
- Free/busy before you book. See when people are already in a meeting so the invite does not land on top of another one.
- Google and Microsoft. Two-way sync keeps an outside calendar honest. OfficeStation stays the place the team joins from.

Time
A timer the person starts, on the task they pick
Employee-started time tracking. Apps, sites and screenshots only while the work timer is running, and only after the person accepts the notice.
- The person starts it. Nothing is collected when the timer is off, on a break, or before consent.
- Apps and domains. See which tools a day went to. Website names are domains, never the full address. Typed text is never recorded.
- Team Live. Managers allowed by the policy see who is working, on a break, idle or offline.

Attendance
Clock in, shifts and leave without a spreadsheet
Punch in and out, leave requests, half days and a payroll export, next to the office instead of a separate HR app.
- Every second counts. The day shows in, out and time worked, with full days and half days marked clearly.
- Leave with an audit trail. Request, approve and see the note that went with the decision.
- Optional location checks. Workplaces that need them can verify a punch from the office network or a radius, without storing coordinates.

AI coordinator
Standups and blockers, already written
Standups, meeting notes and follow-ups collected beside the work, so the day is not a scavenger hunt across apps.
- One coordinator. Notes, standups and blockers share the workspace. They are not a chatbot bolted on the side.
- You stay in charge. AI drafts. People assign, edit and close the work.
- Turned on by the workspace. AI features follow the plan and the settings, not a surprise toggle.

Team pulse the role is allowed to see
A clear view of work moving through the team: activity, attendance and the signals managers actually use.
- Work, not vanity charts. Tasks, meetings and tracked time in one place, with the permissions of the person looking.
- Activity feed. What was created, finished and shared, without leaking private projects.
- Export when you need it. Timesheets and attendance summaries leave as CSV for payroll and reviews.

Whiteboards
Think on a shared board, live
A board for the sketch that should not live in a slide deck.
- Next to the project. Boards sit in Drive with the docs and files for that work.
- Draw together. More than one person can be on the board during a call.
- Keep the artifact. The board remains after the meeting, with the rest of the project.
Screen share
Share a screen and hand over the mouse
Help a teammate on their machine. They see the request and can decline it.
- Consent every time. The person at the computer approves the session. There is no silent control.
- Built into the desktop app. No second remote-desktop install for the team.
- Ends cleanly. Either person can stop it. The session does not linger.

Integrations
Keep the tools that are worth keeping
Bring the tools you still need. OfficeStation stays the place the team actually works.
- Calendar and identity. Sign in with the providers you already use, and keep meetings on the calendar.
- Import the work. Move projects in instead of asking the team to retype them.
- API keys for the rest. Read what your role can already see, from the tools you run yourself.
