Walk over instead of scheduling

Presence is useful when it lets you talk, not when it becomes another dashboard.

A status of “available” is only useful if you can do something with it. On an OfficeStation floor, available means you can walk over.

Proximity audio is the point. Voices come in as you get close and drop as you leave. A room is for the conversation that should not spill into the open area.

The person card answers the small questions first: name, role, what they are working on, local time. The call is there if you need it. It is not the only way to start.
